One Woman Sues Bill Cosby for Sexual Battery When she was 15 Years old

Judy Huth, now 55, claims she met Cosby on the set of a movie in 1974 and he invited her to a tennis club a week later. They played pool and she claims Cosby made her drink beer every time he won a game.

After having several drinks she claims he then told Judy (who was 15 at the time) and her 16-year-old girlfriend he had a surprise for them — he took them to Playboy Mansion and they were allegedly told to lie about their ages.

According to court documents obtained by RumorFix, Huth went to a bathroom at the mansion and when she came out, Cosby was sitting on the bed and allegedly asked her to sit beside him. “He then proceeded to molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent.”

Huth claims the incident at such a young age caused psychological damage and mental anguish for her. “She has suffered damages that are substantial and continuing,” the lawsuit states.

Huth is also suing for emotional distress. She’s asking for unlimited damages and wants a jury trial. We’ve reached out to Cosby’s attorney, Marty Singer, for comment.
